Terra Multiphysics ("we", "us") is an independent software project by Dr. Saeed Tourchi, based in Luxembourg. This policy explains what data this website (terramultiphysics.com) collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

When you contact us

If you submit the contact / early-access form, we receive the details you enter — your name, email address, optional company, and message. We use them only to reply to you and to keep a reasonable record of the enquiry.

Technical data (hosting)

Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request information — such as your IP address, browser type, and timestamps — to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. We do not run advertising networks or cross-site tracking, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Your browser settings

We store your chosen colour theme in your browser's localStorage. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is not used to identify or track you. The site sets no cookies.

Why we're allowed to (legal bases)

• Responding to your enquiry — to take steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering you.
• Running and securing the site — our legitimate interest in a working, protected website.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of service providers ("processors") who handle data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and security.
• A transactional email service — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Zoho — our email provider, which stores the messages we receive.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep contact enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and for reasonable business records, then delete them.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we'll respond. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority — in Luxembourg, the CNPD.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is aimed at professionals and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, make it clear on this page.
